CARDIOVASCULAR
Cardio is short for cardiovascular, it involves you're heart and its vessels. The way you can work out you're heart is by running, jogging, sprinting, and many different sports. You should do these types of workouts for at least 20-30 minutes. It is very important because our heart is what pumps blood out to our organs, guts, lungs, and other such. Without our heart it would not be possible to be pumping out blood throughout our body. People also need to eat a lot healthier because it wouldn't really do anything if you keep eating fatty foods.
The intensity that is needed for you're heart is stair climbing which is when you run up stairs and run them back down as fast as you can. This workout is very intense because you are working on you're cardio and your legs such as thighs and calfs. All the sports that Americans play all involve cardio workouts which helps you a lot. In all sports it involves running which helping your heart in this case its you're cardio.

The ways I can help myself is by eating a lot healthier and having a 60 psychical workouts or playing sports for 60 minutes. I can live a healthier live just by working out my cardio and exercising more than usual. Having trips somewhere that involve exercising. What I'm going to do during my vacation is to go hiking with my sister and I'm going to start playing baseball again.
